These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Azzist website, mobile application, and coaching services, operated by Twelve Four Ventures LLP, operating under the brand name Azzist ("Azzist", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, subscribing to, or using any Azzist service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Azzist's website, mobile application, or coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, agree to comply with them, are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, agree to provide accurate and complete information where required, and consent to the collection and processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of Azzist. Azzist reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to independently subscribe to Azzist. Where services are used by a minor, the parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for the minor's use of the services and compliance with these Terms.
Azzist accounts are created using your mobile number. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, keep it updated, maintain the confidentiality of your account access, be responsible for activity conducted through your account, and notify Azzist promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Azzist may suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Azzist provides, among other services: coaching subscription plans, nutrition and workout plan design, supplement guidance, one-on-one coach chat and check-in review, scheduled coaching calls, and mobile application and website services. Azzist reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, plan, or feature where reasonably necessary.
Azzist offers subscription plans of different durations and focus areas (such as general wellbeing or condition-specific plans). Plans differ in duration, pricing, coaching cadence, and included benefits. The specific details applicable to your subscription will be communicated at the time of purchase or through your account. Subscription pricing may vary based on plan duration, promotional or introductory offers, and other factors.
Your nutrition, workout, and supplement plan is designed and adjusted by your assigned coach based on the information, preferences, and health details you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the information you submit and ensuring it is accurate. Your coach may revise your plan over time based on your logged progress and check-ins.
Azzist coaching is intended for general wellness, nutrition education, and lifestyle guidance. Azzist and its coaches are not a replacement for medical practitioners, do not diagnose diseases, do not prescribe medication, do not replace medical treatment, and do not guarantee medical outcomes. You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any nutrition or fitness program where appropriate. Any decision made based on guidance provided by Azzist remains your responsibility.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding allergies, food intolerances, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, dietary restrictions, and other health information relevant to your plan. Azzist relies on the information you provide when designing your coaching plan and cannot be held responsible for issues arising from information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or not communicated before plan creation. If your health or dietary requirements change during an active subscription, notify your coach promptly.
You may request reasonable changes to your plan through your coach, subject to the applicable cycle, your coach's availability, and operational feasibility. Where a requested change cannot reasonably be accommodated within the current cycle, your coach will discuss the available alternatives, including waiting for the next plan cycle.
You may freeze an active plan from within the app; freezing pauses your plan and extends its end date by the frozen duration, and resets your logging streak on resume. You may reschedule or cancel a scheduled coaching call subject to the cancellation policy communicated in the app (a minimum notice window applies). Requests received after the applicable cut-off may not be accommodated.
Refund and cancellation terms for Azzist subscriptions are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Prices displayed by Azzist may change from time to time. The applicable price at the time of purchase will ordinarily apply to that transaction. Azzist reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccurate promotional displays; in such cases Azzist may cancel the affected transaction and refund any amount paid, or request payment of the applicable difference before continuing the service. Azzist may suspend or restrict services where payments fail, are reversed, or remain disputed.
You agree to contact Azzist and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve payment-related concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargebacks may result in suspension of services, account termination, or restriction from future purchases. Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any rights available under applicable law or through your payment provider.
Azzist may offer referral programs, discount codes, or promotional benefits from time to time. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable offer, promotional benefits are subject to their stated terms, may not be exchanged for cash, may not be transferable, and Azzist may modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional programs. Abuse or manipulation of promotional benefits may result in cancellation of the benefit and suspension of the account.
Azzist does not guarantee weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, disease reversal, blood marker improvement, hormonal improvement, body composition changes, or any specific health or fitness outcome. Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including adherence, physical activity, sleep, stress, genetics, medications, and existing health conditions. Any results, testimonials, or examples shared by Azzist are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee of individual results.
All content and materials provided through Azzist, including website content, application content, plan templates, nutrition materials, designs, logos, trademarks, software, text, graphics, images, and other proprietary materials, are owned by Azzist or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Azzist's intellectual property without prior written permission.
You must not violate applicable laws, provide fraudulent or misleading information, abuse or threaten Azzist coaches or staff, engage in fraudulent transactions, attempt unauthorised access to Azzist systems, reverse engineer Azzist software, scrape or extract app or website data using automated systems, abuse promotional programs, or use Azzist for unlawful purposes. Azzist may suspend or terminate access where necessary due to serious or repeated violations.
Azzist uses third-party providers for payment processing, messaging, hosting, analytics, and video calling. Azzist makes reasonable efforts to work with reliable service providers but is not responsible for failures or interruptions attributable solely to third-party providers.
By registering with or purchasing from Azzist, you consent to receiving service-related communications through SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notifications, or other channels used by Azzist, relating to your subscription status, coaching plan, calls, payments, and customer support. Promotional communications will be handled in accordance with applicable communication preferences and law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Azzist will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or other indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use Azzist services. Azzist does not accept responsibility for health outcomes resulting from factors outside Azzist's reasonable control, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or failure to follow coaching guidance. Azzist's aggregate liability arising from your use of the services will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Azzist for the relevant service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Azzist, Twelve Four Ventures LLP, its founders, employees, coaches, contractors, and partners against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, misrepresentation or omission of health information, misuse of Azzist services, or violation of applicable law, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Azzist will not be liable for delay, interruption, suspension, or inability to perform its obligations where caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labour disruptions, civil unrest, or technology or infrastructure failures. In such circumstances, Azzist may suspend, modify, reschedule, or extend services where reasonably possible.
Azzist may suspend or terminate your account where you commit fraud, abuse or threaten staff, repeatedly violate these Terms, misuse promotional programs, initiate abusive chargebacks, or engage in unlawful conduct. Where appropriate, Azzist will provide notice before termination. Any refund arising from termination will be determined in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Azzist and the customer will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through such discussions, it may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, conducted in English. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking any urgent or mandatory remedy available under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Azzist Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Azzist regarding use of the services.
