Delete Your Account

You have the right to permanently delete your Azzist account and all associated personal data. This page explains what happens when you delete your account and how to complete the process — either directly inside the app or by contacting us via email.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Once your account is deleted, all your personal data, health profile, coaching history, and chat messages are permanently removed. Any active subscription will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund for unused time. This cannot be reversed.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Azzist app in three steps:

Open Profile → Settings Tap the profile icon at the bottom of the home screen, then tap Settings.
Tap "Delete Account" Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Delete Account. Read the warning carefully.
Verify with OTP An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it to confirm deletion. Your account will be permanently removed within seconds.

What Data Is Deleted

The table below shows what is deleted immediately and what, if any, data is retained for legal or accounting obligations.

Payment records (invoices)	Retained 7 years	Required by Indian accounting law (GST). Personal identifiers are minimised where possible.
